We had two really fun gigs over the weekend.  Both were private events (a Bon-Voyage party for Dena Hutchinson and Jeff, and a Wedding for Lexi and Josh), the latter of which was photographed by Randi Voss. Randi graciously shared with us a lot of the photos she took of the festivities.  Feel free to browse them here.  For anyone who is considering having a rock band play their wedding, these photographs capture the vibe perfectly.  We had such a great time and we know Lexi, Josh, and their guests did as well. 

As a reminder - we'll be playing at Bar Louie in Cranberry Township again this Saturday, September 5!  Come out and celebrate the unofficial end-of-Summer with us!   We'll see you there!

Thanks to everyone who came out to support us at Bar Louie in Cranberry Township on Friday July 24.  Some pictures from the evening are online here. We had a really good show, and got to hang out with a lot of wonderful people.  We really appreciate everyone's support and hope to see you back at Bar Louie again on Saturday August 8!  Don't disappoint us!  For those of you who do come to the show on August 8, you'll get to see some all-new covers - possibly even a new medley we've been cooking up.  (No matter what anyone says - medleys are indeed cool).

Also - we have the first mixes of the new CD back.  There are some changes yet to be made, but we feel confident that this long-overdue release will be available very soon, and we are excited to hear what you think about it!

We have posted several photos from our weekend in the Windy City - on Friday evening (July 3) we performed in Highwood at a terrific neighborhood venue called Teddy O'Brians.  In spite of Tom's car being towed, it was a fun evening and we were happy to have the opportunity to hang out with so many fine people.  The photos from Friday night can be seen here.  Saturday was busy; in the morning we were in the Highland Park Independence Day Parade, then we performed for over 8,000 people at beautiful Winnetka Park in the evening.  Immediately after we were finished performing, the sky was ablaze in a magnificent fireworks display.  It was magical... like Fireman Jake.  Photos from the two shows on July 4 can be seen here. 

Thanks to all the wonderful people with Highland Park's Parks & Recreation Department, as well as Winnetka Park, Vince Panei for pulling the float in the parade, Lisa and Lorry Werhane, Stacy Panei for coordinating the float decorations, and a host of other people whose names will be posted here as soon as I get them all straight... so check back here for an amended post in the coming days.  :)

On May 30th we were once again at the Barn in Sewickley Heights (with guest guitarist Greg Muiter) performing for a rockin' "American Graffiti" theme party.  As always, the show was a blast and we enjoyed the festive atmosphere and wonderful people who always come out to these great events.  Thanks to Jody and Bill once again for allowing us the privilege to provide the entertainment for the evening.  We even learned several oldies for the event, some of which will likely be cropping up in our regular sets at some point.
